1. Scope of Services

RGamez Media LLC provides professional photography services including weddings, family portraits, headshots, events, and sports photography. Session length varies by booking type: mini sessions (30 minutes), weddings (4–8 hours), and other event durations as agreed in writing.

2. Booking & Payments

Weddings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before the wedding date. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of services with no refund.

All Other Sessions: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in the Cancellation/Rescheduling policy.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Weddings:

Cancellation must be provided at least 30 days before the scheduled date.

If rescheduled, the original deposit will be rolled over to the new date (one reschedule only).

If the client cancels without rescheduling, no refund will be issued.

If a client reschedules more than once, RGamez Media LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking entirely without refund.

Other Sessions: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. No refunds are issued after this point.

4. Deliverables & Timeline

Weddings: Approximately 1,200–1,800 edited images.

Mini Sessions: 5–7 edited images.

Headshots: 3 edited images.

Sports & Events: Image count varies depending on coverage and event size.

Final images will be delivered via an online gallery or agreed delivery method within a reasonable timeframe determined by the session type.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

RGamez Media LLC retains full copyright and ownership of all images created.

Client License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g., printing, sharing on personal social media).

Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial gain without written consent from RGamez Media LLC.

Clients may not apply additional edits or filters to images without prior approval.

6. Photographer’s Usage Rights (Model Release)

By booking, the client grants RGamez Media LLC the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Clients may request to opt out in writing, though RGamez Media LLC reserves the right to showcase work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing any necessary permissions for location shooting, and ensuring subjects are prepared. Delays caused by the client do not extend the contracted session time.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

RGamez Media LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, extreme weather, or equipment failure. In such cases, liability is limited to refunding any payments made for undelivered services.

9. File Retention

Digital files are retained for up to 12 months after delivery. After that, RGamez Media LLC may delete files without notice. Clients are responsible for backing up their images.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
